Effective August 24, 2026. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit earthsync.net or join the James M. Ball reader letter.

Information you choose to provide

When you subscribe, you may provide your first name and email address. That information is used to deliver the requested guide and occasional author emails about books, parenting, reflection, Earth Sync, and related work.

Email service provider

The reader letter is managed through Kit, a third-party email service. Kit processes subscriber information so the emails can be delivered and managed. Kit’s own privacy terms also apply to its services.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in an email. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of the information associated with your subscription by contacting jamesmball35@gmail.com.

Information sales

James M. Ball does not sell subscriber names or email addresses.

Retailer and affiliate links

This website links to independent book retailers. Those retailers control their own websites, purchases, privacy practices, pricing, and availability. If an affiliate relationship is used, the website will identify that relationship clearly.
