EMI Reducing Solutions - CY25400 - Cypress

Cypress introduced CY25400,  the latest member of its Peak Reducing EMI Solutions (PREMIS) family using spread-spectrum technology. The CY25400 implements 4 PLL timing device with two spread-spectrum PLLs to reduce EMI. The spread spectrum technology enable to create EMI filter without bulky chokes, ferrite beads and metal shielding. CY25400 enables manufacturers to dynamically adjust EMI reduction variables vial 2 wire I2C link. Some EMI reduction parameters can be programmed, including spread profile (Linear or Lexmark), output frequencies,  spread percentages, crystal load capacitance and output drive strength.
